Sonya L. Misiaszek AIA has over 25 years of professional experience, designing many award-winning projects throughout New Hampshire. A 1992 graduate of Syracuse University, Sonya was the President of the New Hampshire chapter of the American Institute of Architects in 2007. She has participated in several community design charettes and is licensed to practice architecture in New Hampshire. When she is not designing, Sonya likes to swim, bike and run, as well as work in her vegetable garden. Sonya has successfully completed multiple Ironman Triathlons, alongside many other triathlons and endurance competitions.
Robert Kelly Turpin AIA has over 30 years of professional experience with several award-winning projects to his credit. A 1987 graduate of the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Rob practiced architecture in the Washington, DC area for ten years before moving to New Hampshire. Rob’s work has been featured in publications such as Remodeling Magazine and Accent on Home & Garden. Rob is currently a member of the New Hampshire Preservation Alliance. He is licensed to practice architecture in New Hampshire and Virginia. In his spare time, Rob likes to ski and bike when he’s not cheering on his children in their ski races and soccer matches.
Jared A. Guilmett received his Masters of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2016. During his education, Jared was the President of the Wentworth chapter of the American Institute of Architecture Students and led a team in hosting the organization’s national 2016 FORUM conference held in Boston. Alongside his passion for architecture and historic preservation, Jared has a strong dedication to volunteerism and community involvement, holding positions on the Board of Directors of the Belknap Mill Society and Celebrate Laconia, among others. Jared is an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects and is on the path to licensure as a registered Architect.
Claire Wilkens AIA after being honorably discharged from the US Navy, Claire received her B.A. in Art History from New England College and her Associate of Architectural Technology degree from NHTI. Claire recently completed the architectural licensing exams and is licensed to practice architecture in New Hampshire and Vermont. Claire holds a US Green Building Council LEED Green Associate Certificate. She has participated in NH Design community charettes and was Lead Docent for the Currier Museums’ Frank Lloyd Wright’s Zimmerman House. When Claire is not at work she likes to be at the ocean or swimming, kayaking, biking, and spending time with her family.
