This 8,400-square-foot project provided renovations and upgrades to the existing four-season lodge. Work included a new building envelope with high-performance insulation and windows, interior reconfigurations to meet the Appalachian Mountain Club's new lodging and programming efforts at this facility, and new energy-efficient, high-performance mechanical systems.
