This project consists of a new 700-seat orchestral Concert Hall, new 200-seat multi-use Salon, public reception and accommodation spaces, and performer technical/support spaces. The project is located on a rural site in the Squam Lakes region, and is adjacent to an existing historic brick manor home. The Concert Hall reflects a traditional New England connected barn, and its interior is an exposed timber-frame structure.
