This project consisted of substantial renovations to an existing brick structure, with the new work providing a year-round vacation home in the Lake Sunapee region. The new, one-story structure is oriented to take advantage of the expansive views of Mts. Sunapee and Kearsarge. Entertainment rooms and porches are located so that near and distant views are always accessible.
