The first of three phases of this project was housing for 13 actors and upgrades to parking, site lighting, trails, outdoor theater, and utilities. The second phase, with construction now completed, is a 15,000-square-foot renovation and addition to a barn used as a 240-seat professional theater and administrative offices. The final phase will be the construction of a 90-seat flexible theater that will house a children’s theater camp and teaching spaces.
